LOGCOM Advisory LLC

The freight is real. The complexity is real. We make it manageable - so you can get back to your business.

Bring us your freight headaches

At some point, every business hits the same wall. The freight is real, the complexity is real - and logistics has a way of feeling manageable right up until it isn't. For most small and medium businesses, hiring a full-time logistics professional makes sense on paper, but not when your freight volume doesn't justify the salary, the benefits, and the office chair.

That's exactly where LOGCOM Advisory comes in.

Think of us less like a consultant you call when things go wrong, and more like a logistics department you actually want - without the overhead. We plug into your business like a teammate, not a vendor.

We care about your business because your growth is our business too.

Whether you're starting to figure out your supply chain or you've been white-knuckling it through shipping challenges for years, we bring the expertise and the calm that comes from having done this a long time - so you can get back to doing what you actually started your business to do.

You didn't start your business to become a shipping expert. We did. Bring us your freight headaches. We've seen worse.

About

I didn't plan on a career in logistics. Honestly, nobody does. I came to California chasing the action sports industry — skateboarding, snowboarding, surfing. The kind of world where the work feels less like work. Logistics was just the foot in the door. What I didn't expect was to fall straight through it into one of the most unexpected careers.

What followed was twenty-three years of being consistently pushed out of my comfort zone — which, looking back, was the best thing that could have happened. Rather than being allowed to get comfortable in any one role, I was given the opportunity to master many areas of the supply chain before being handed something new. Apparel and footwear imports into various destinations. Customs clearance. Multi-factory consolidations. Freight tracking. Building out logistics teams and SOPs from the ground up.

Eleven years as a logistics specialist in-house. Twelve more as a freight forwarder, specializing in small and medium businesses — because after more than a decade on the customer side, I understood exactly what those businesses needed and exactly where they were being underserved.

That's the part that matters most. I've sat on both sides of the table. I know what it looks like when a logistics partner genuinely understands your business, and I know what it looks like when they don't. LOGCOM Advisory exists because there's real value in that experience — and small and medium businesses deserve access to it without having to hire a full-time department to get it.

So, whether your freight situation is a slow burn or an active fire, you're not getting a consultant with a clipboard. You're getting someone who's been in the weeds, and actually cares how the story ends.
